BACKYARD CONTEST ENTRY FEE – (3 meats – chicken, pork ribs, pork-all 3 meats count towards overall winner) CONTEST ENTRY FEE – Early Bird entry fee PRIOR to 1/15/21 Saturday only $175.00; Sunday only $175.00; Saturday AND Sunday $325.00 Regular entry fee AFTER 1/15/21 Saturday only $200.00; Sunday only $200.00; Saturday and Sunday $375.00. 12/27/2020 Saturday and Sunday backyard is FULL; We will begin a wait list for Saturday and/or Sunday. If interested in being on the wait list for Saturday and/or Sunday, submit entry form and $50.00 deposit payment to hold spot on wait list.(Payment will be refunded if team does not make it off the wait list) If any teams drop out, the spot will be offered to wait list teams in order of entry form received.

ENTRY FEE PAYMENT – At this time due to the uncertainty of COVID issues, we are accepting a $50.00 deposit only. (SCA entry = additional $50.00 deposit)This deposit will lock in the early bird fee until 1/15/2021 and after that the deposit will lock in the regular fee until 3/5/2021. Please choose all options listed on entry form that you are interested in and at a later date (TBD), we will invoice you for the balance of your fees. This will allow us to make plans as needed but also allow for ease of refunds if contest is cancelled due to COVID. For any questions email email@example.com
After the team entry form is submitted online, payment may be made via PayPal account or by credit or debit card. All transactions will be through a secure web site to protect your information. Team entry will not be complete until payment is received via online payment.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIMES – depending upon what day(s) you are competing, the following are the times to make note of:
Thursday – arrival after 12 noon for teams who have paid for Thursday campsite fee
Friday – arrival after 8 am for those teams cooking Saturday Master series or backyard or SCA/teams cooking (SCA only must depart immediately after awards)
Saturday – arrival after 8 am for those teams only cooking Sunday Master series or backyard. Teams not competing on Sunday must depart by 8 pm
Sunday – all teams must depart by 8 pm
BACKYARD – all sites are 25′ x 50′ size. 30 and 50 amp power, 110 volt power, water, cable and wi-fi at each site. Bethpage camp-resort charges for any night that the campsite is in use. For an additional fee, teams may choose to add nights for campsite stays that are not included in the entry fee. This option is listed on the entry form.
TEAM SITE REQUESTS – YES, organizer will try to accommodate team site requests. After your team entry is complete, email team site requests to firstname.lastname@example.org
GIVING BACK to 2 organizations:
- The first is Team Thanksgiving food bank. On Saturday only, we are asking every master series team to turn in their leftover pork (at 2 pm after the 4 meat turn ins are complete). We also ask for teams to donate one grocery bag of dry and/or canned goods if they are able. To see a list of requested items, please click on the GIVING BACK link above.
- The second is Burn Survivors Foundation. Since its formation, the mission of the Burn Survivors Foundation has been and will continue to be to improve the lives of all burn survivors, their families, and caregivers. The Burn Survivors Foundation provides affordable, educational, and outdoor recreational activities that foster a feeling of love and fellowship. LODGING – on site campground cottages are available for reservations thru the organizer and we are trying to secure 3 local hotels with BBQ rates. All reservations and payment will be the responsibility of individual team members. For more information, please use the LODGING link on the welcome page.
COMMUNICATION – organizer will confirm receipt of team entry form and payments. Emails will also be sent at the beginning of January, February and March with any important information to be shared. Facebook and website updates will be posted as needed.
