The BBQ Gives Back contest is benefiting the food bank named Team Thanksgiving and Burn Survivors Foundation. If possible, please bring a bag of can and/or dry goods to the contest to donate to the food bank. To see a list of requested items, please click on the GIVING BACK link above. You may also, if interested, make a cash or check donation to Burn Survivors Foundation the time of judges check in. Both of these choices are strictly voluntary.

FRIDAY NIGHT – KCBS 1 meat Chicken AND 1 meat Ribs contests – 2 judge signatures!

SATURDAY and SUNDAY – KCBS Master AND Backyard contest
Submission of judge application does not guarantee that you will be chosen to judge. Judge coordinator will acknowledge receipt of application and will confirm judging spots as team entry numbers are complete.

LODGING INFORMATION – it is highly recommended that you do not make lodging plans until confirmed as a judge.
11/13/24 SOLD OUT if interested in wait list for cottages, email bbqgivesback@gmail.com COTTAGES: There are a limited number of on site campground cottages and campsites available for reservations thru the organizer. DO NOT contact Bethpage Camp-Resort as all reservations must be made thru organizer. You may reserve a cottage by contacting bbqgivesback@gmail.com BUT it will not be finalized until you have been chosen and confirmed as a judge by the judge coordinator.
CAMPSITES: 50′ X 50′ sites with 30/50 amp power, water and wi-fi may be reserved for $50 per night by contacting bbqgivesback@gmail.com BUT will not be finalized until you have been chosen and confirmed as a judge by the judge coordinator. DO NOT contact Bethpage Camp-Resort as all sites must be reserved thru organizer.
HOTELS: We have secured two local hotels with BBQ rates. All reservations and payment will be the responsibility of individual team members. See LODGING page for info.
