MARCH 2025 CONTEST INFORMATION POSTED BELOW
ALL reservations and payments will be the responsibility of individual team members and/or judges. Judges – it is highly recommended that you DO NOT make reservations prior to being confirmed as judges.

Judges: To reserve and pay for a cottage, contact bbqgivesback@gmail.com. Please DO NOT contact the campground directly as all reservations MUST be made by the contest organizer. It is highly recommended that you do not make reservations until confirmed as a judge for the contest. You may reserve a cottage BUT it will not be finalized until you have been chosen and confirmed as a judge by the judge coordinator. If you are willing to share a cottage and split the cost with another judge, please let organizer know this.

Bethpage Camp-Resort cottages have bedrooms, kitchens, living areas, bathrooms and showers and are within walking distance of the team sites and the judges tent. Cottages may be shared if interested.
The size and rates are as follows:
SOLD OUT 2 bedrooms @ $120 per night – one queen and one full bed with 1 and 1/2 bath
SOLD OUT 3 bedrooms @ $120 per night – one queen, one full and 2 child sized bunk beds with 1 bath
SOLD OUT 2 bedrooms @ $135 per night – one queen bed and one full bed under a twin bunk bed with 1 bath
SOLD OUT 2 bedrooms @ $135 per night – one queen bed and one twin bed under a twin bunk bed and one loft space for sleeping bag or air mattress (sleeping bag and air mattress NOT included) with 1 bath
NOTE: Linens (bed/towel) are NOT included.
NOTE: Cottage bedrooms are VERY small! However, they are very nice and convenient to the team sites and the judges tent.
NOTE: Hot water heaters in the cottages are small so staggering showers is a good option to ensure hot water!
CAMPSITES:
TEAMS may reserve additional nights not included in entry fee on the registration form for $50 per night
JUDGES may reserve campsite (50′ x 50′ sites with 30/50 amp power, water and wi-fi) for $50 per night by contacting bbqgivesback@gmail.com BUT will not be finalized until confirmation of judge selection by judge coordinator. Please DO NOT contact campground as all site reservations MUST be thru organizer.
LOCAL HOTEL BBQ RATES:
All reservations and payment will be the responsibility of individuals not contest organizers.

Chesapeake Inn in Urbanna is located approximately 3 miles from the camp-resort.
There are also several bed and breakfast locations in town, and locally.
